Tasteless food, same food at every buffet, breakfast could be better, no hashbrowns and no baked beanz on offer and to say they are a 5 star hotel? I would rate them as a 4 star instead. Your chefs need to learn how to cook and with different spices, plus your buffet food is near to cold because you cook and prepare your buffet too early.
