Our stay at the E&O was nice, but not exceptional. We stayed in a Heritage Wing suite which have all apparently been recently refurbished. It was very well appointed and spacious but on the less appealing side, the hot water in the bathroom/shower was a bit hit and miss, the shampoo/soap had a strange smell and the pillows were way too soft.
